CHRITMAS MARKET STALLHOLDERSThe Christmas Market at The Birchfield Christmas Village will be made up of traders from the local area.
R Events Company offer the opportunity for small businesses and hobby crafters to exhibit their creations in an economical market place. Stallholders are the key to a successful event; R Events Company aim to develop happy, productive relationships with all our exhibitors and traders. In recognition of your support we reciprocate, offering commitment to you through advise, information & promotion; we want to you to grow as we do. In advance of the event we offer a short work shop. Stallholders will be given information along with hints, tips and techniques of how to promote themselves, their business and get the best from the event. We welcome all businesses and crafters to exhibit or trade with us. Our selection process is simple but strict because we are passionate about quality and service. Our policy is very fair and we have no perpetual exhibitors in order to give everyone an opportunity to take part. The number of similar stalls or stands will also be restricted at each event to guarantee diversity. |

PRICESStands for the Christmas Market can be booked inside the hall, inside our marquee or using your own individual gazebo.
Hall Space for tables upto 6ft 1 Day - £25.00 REC Gazebo Space for your table up to 6ft 1 Day - £25.00 Stallholders Own Gazebo Space up to 3m x 3m 1 Day - £20.00 Payment is required in full to secure your stand, this can be made by paypal, bank transfer, cash or cheque. Confirmation of your place will be provided upon receipt of payment. |
STALLHOLDER BENEFITSStallholders at The Birchfield Christmas Village will receive a comprehensive promotional package.
All stallholders will be: * Listed on our "Market Page". * Allocated a space on our event website to promote business description, image and logo. * Offered the chance to promote their business and presence at the event on our facebook event page. * Given the option to take advantage of our promotional packages. * Able to distribute their promotional literature at the event. * Offered the opportunity add freebies to grotto and party bags. * Have the chance to participate in our workshop "Preparation to Sell". |
EVENT INFORMATIONUpon receipt of booking you will be provided with event details.
Set-up information will be distributed to all confirmed stall holders by Monday 3rd December. |
